How much does the pilot cost?
From €8,000 for a fixed 6–8 week engagement, single-tenant, scoped to one real use case. The fee is credited in full toward your annual contract if you continue.
What happens if the pilot doesn’t hit the agreed metric?
You don’t pay for phase 2. We agree one specific success metric up front — if the pilot doesn’t hit it, the engagement stops there and there’s no further obligation.
Do you need our data before the pilot starts?
No. Scoping — infrastructure, use case, success metric — happens first, under NDA. Your documents are only ingested once the deployment target is agreed and ready.
Where does our data live during the pilot?
On your own infrastructure, or a single-tenant EU-sovereign cloud deployment on Mistral AI + Qdrant with EU data residency. It never touches shared or multi-tenant infrastructure.
What do we get at the end of the pilot?
A production-representative deployment of one real use case, an independent security report of that deployment, and an EU AI Act / GDPR evidence pack — generated ROPA-DSAR and AI Act disclosure artefacts for the use case.
