EinCoreRAG: a production-grade RAG SaaS with multi-tenant data isolation, hybrid retrieval (Qdrant + sparse + reranking), evaluation harness with golden questions, OIDC SSO, OpenTelemetry observability, vLLM serving, GraphRAG for complex domains, and a Slack/MCP integration layer. Available as managed cloud or self-hosted.

Design goals

Designed to be deployed rather than rebuilt: tenant isolation, PII redaction, evaluation and audit are part of the platform instead of per-project plumbing. The same build produces the GDPR and EU AI Act evidence a security review asks for.
