Lumen

Illuminate every workflow — the EU-sovereign OS for digital agencies.

Lumen is the operating system for digital agencies that runs your projects, clients, and invoicing on infrastructure that never leaves the EU. It puts first-class EU tax and compliance — Slovenian atypical-taxpayer rules, e-invoicing, eIDAS-signed documents, and AI Act transparency — at the core, not bolted on.

  • EU-sovereign by design

Hosting, payments, email, and AI all run on EU providers — no US-jurisdiction service in the path of your clients' data.

  • Self-hostable with GPU

Deploy to your own Linux box with one Docker Compose, and run the AI on-premise when you want full control.

  • AI-native, not bolted-on

Agents, semantic search, and natural-language queries are part of the data model, not an afterthought.

  • MCP-native

Reach your agency data from Claude, ChatGPT, and your editor through authenticated Model Context Protocol servers.

  • Built for EU compliance

GDPR data-subject requests, eIDAS-signed invoices, e-SLOG / Peppol e-invoicing, and Slovenian atypical-taxpayer mode out of the box.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

  • Where does our data actually run?

The PII path is 100% EU-sovereign, hosted with Hetzner in Germany and Finland, with no US-jurisdiction service in the path. You can also self-host it on your own hardware.

  • Is the compliance complete?

The VAT engine, GDPR data-subject requests and AI transparency are shipped today; Peppol dispatch and eIDAS signatures are on the roadmap. We keep an honest feature matrix and state maturity plainly.

  • Can we trust it for production billing yet?

It's in active development as a closed-beta MVP, so we recommend a pilot or early-access engagement. It isn't intended for unsupervised production billing yet.
